Mr. Baruch is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Originally a teacher of high school English and History, he has spent the bulk of his career in the fields of worldwide telecast media, satellite technology, and the strategic planning, creation, development, marketing, production and presentation of live and theatrical entertainment and philanthropic events, television/video projects, music CDs, and corporate and educational communications. Among his achievements is pioneering the use of closed circuit encrypted technology for dissemination of medical information and medical treatment. He is married to Shelley Baruch, a theater and video producer; together they have two children.
